Refund Policy
At DigiClean, we aim for complete satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and work with you to issue a refund or make adjustments where appropriate.
Please note: Because our work involves organizing and restructuring digital files, partial refunds may apply depending on completed work and package scope.
Damage Policy
We take the utmost care with your digital files and hardware. All projects include backup creation before any changes.

Files are never deleted without your explicit permission.

Hardware is handled securely and carefully, and any handling instructions you provide are followed to the letter.
In the rare case of accidental damage to files or hardware during the service, we will communicate immediately and work to restore or replace files whenever possible.
Privacy & Data Security
We don't directly see your passwords. We use LastPass (or similar encrypted vaults) to request only the access we need — no password-sharing via email or spreadsheets. You remain in control the entire time, and once your project is complete, access is revoked. Transparent, secure, and designed to give you clarity — just like your digital space.
Your digital workspace is private and protected.

All sensitive files (emails, photos, financial or legal documents) are encrypted or securely stored during the process.

We retain no copies beyond the completion and delivery of your project unless otherwise requested for backup purposes.
